POLICIES – PLEASE READ IN FULL
Clients are required to provide credit card information to book appointments. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00
Rescheduling/Late Policy
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee of $50r. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last-minute changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 48 hours in advance is required.
Touch Up Policy
A touch up is required for each new permanent makeup client. Touch-ups are no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks after your 1st visit. If your touch up is not done in the allotted time period, it is considered a new appointment and charged a full price. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Previous Tattoo Policy
Please make us aware of any existing tattoos. In the event you are not a candidate for microblading, another style may be recommended.
2 WEEKS BEFORE:
*DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF RETINOL, GLYCOLIC ACID, SALICYLIC ACID, ALPHA HYDROXYLS, ANY CHEMICAL, ANTI-AGING EXFOLIANT OR ANY “BRIGHTENING” SKIN CARE AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS PRIOR.
*BOTOX AND FILLER SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS PRIOR TO PROCEDURE.
*AVOID SUN AND TANNING BEDS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR AS YOUR SKIN EXFOLIATES A SUNBURN, IT WILL TAKE THE PIGMENT WITH IT.
*AVOID BLOOD THINNING SUPPLEMENTS LIKE GARLIC, TURMERIC, OR FISH OILS.
*NO BROW WAXING, TINTING OR THREADING AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
24-48 HOURS BEFORE :
*NO ALCOHOL 24-48 HOURS BEFORE PROCEDURE.
*NO CAFFEINE THE MORNING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
*DO NOT TAKE ANY ASPIRIN, IBUPROFEN, NIACIN, OR ADVIL 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
*DO NOT WORK OUT 48 HOURS BEFORE PROCEDURE.
*COME WITH YOUR BROWS PENCILED IN SO WE CAN SEE HOW YOU ARE USED TO HAVING THEM AND WHAT YOU LIKE .
